Restoring all of the original historic storefronts on this 2.5-acre mixed-use development in Clarksville, one of the most closely watched projects in Austin.
First-floor exterior door restoration on the $70M "Our Tower: The Next 100 Years" project, the Tower's first major restoration since it was completed in 1937. We're building new replica doors and restoring the originals.
We restored every steel window in this National Register landmark, fabricating new metal sections where rust had eaten through. Finished with Tnemec industrial coating and the original hardware, reconditioned.

How It Works

We look at your windows in person, document what each one needs, and give you a straight quote.
We remove the sashes and take them to our shop, leaving temporary weatherproofing in place so your home stays secure.
Strip to bare wood, repair or replicate and replace original elements, Sarco linseed oil glazing, hardware reconditioning, long dry oil primer, and two coats of high performance acrylic paint.
We reinstall each sash, tune the mechanics, and walk you through every window before we call the job done.
